Telegram

Autopilot sends a short summary after each pass and an alert if LinkedIn signs you out. The bot is shared across the deployment — you just provide your numeric chat id. Telegram is a free messaging app; if you don't have it, get Telegram ↗ and sign up with your phone number first.

1. Open the Job Gobbler bot and press Start — bots can't message you until you do. Looking up the bot…
2. Get your chat id: open @userinfobot ↗, press Start, and copy the number from the Id: 123456789 line it replies with.
3. Paste it below, Save, then Send test message. A "✅ Job Gobbler connected" message should arrive within seconds.

Job board sessions

Each row is an isolated browser session — its own logged-in accounts, cookies, and history. Use one for your real LinkedIn login, optionally another as a quiet sandbox. Eligible for autopilot sessions get used for applying; uncheck a session to keep it out of automation.

LinkedIn login

Each session needs to be signed into LinkedIn once. Log in opens that session's Chrome window at the LinkedIn login page — sign in as you normally would (LinkedIn may text you a code) and this page updates by itself. Verify checks that LinkedIn still honours a saved session.

Your effective configuration

Resolved value per setting plus its source. override means an admin set this specifically for your account; default means you're picking up the platform-wide value.

Edits the shared admin_settings row. Per-row "Apply to all users" additionally wipes any per-user overrides for that setting — confirms first if anyone has one. Concurrency-cap and feature-flag changes take effect on the next /pipeline/start request.

One row per registered user. Click Effective config to see what that user's autopilot is actually using and which keys diverge from the platform default.

Invites

Mint a single-use sign-up link and send it to the person yourself (email, chat — anything). Bind it to their email to make sure only they can use it, or leave the email blank for a link anyone can redeem once.

ArtifactJanitor enforces the trash / purge / archive policy described in the multi-user plan §10. Live enforcement is gated until you approve the dry-run summary.
